About Web Boomers
Effective Date: September 4, 2026Who We Are
Web Boomers is a proprietorship based in Singur, West Bengal, India, providing professional web, hosting, design, marketing, and digital technology services. We work with businesses, organizations, professionals, and individuals who need practical digital solutions for establishing, improving, and maintaining their online presence.
Our objective is to combine reliable technology, thoughtful design, clear communication, and responsive support to deliver digital services that are useful, maintainable, and aligned with each client's agreed requirements.
Our Services
Depending on the service selected, Web Boomers may provide custom website development, business websites, portfolio websites, e-commerce websites, landing pages, web applications, website redesign, website maintenance, SEO, Google Ads and digital marketing services, graphic design, UI/UX design, web hosting, domain registration, SSL-related services, business email, website migration, and related digital solutions.
Web Development
For custom projects, we work from an agreed scope, quotation, requirements, and delivery plan. The final features, number of pages, integrations, revisions, technologies, content responsibilities, and delivery requirements depend on the individual project agreement.
Hosting & Infrastructure
Web Boomers provides hosting and related infrastructure services through applicable hosting plans. Hosting terms may include resource limits, renewal dates, acceptable-use requirements, suspension procedures, backup provisions, and other conditions specific to the selected plan.
Backups are not guaranteed on standard hosting plans. Premium Web Hosting includes the backup features expressly stated for that plan. Customers should maintain independent backups of important information.
Our Working Principles
- Clarity: We aim to communicate scope, pricing, requirements, and important service conditions clearly.
- Practical solutions: We focus on solutions appropriate to the client's actual requirements and available resources.
- Quality: We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed scope and reasonable technical standards.
- Support: We provide support according to the scope and service level applicable to the purchased service.
- Responsible service: We expect our services and infrastructure to be used lawfully and responsibly.
Client Relationships
Successful projects depend on cooperation from both sides. Clients are expected to provide accurate information, content, approvals, feedback, access, and other materials reasonably required to complete the work. Project timelines may be affected when these dependencies are delayed.
Third-Party Technologies
Modern digital projects may rely on third-party technologies and providers, including domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, payment gateways, Cloudflare, Google services, email platforms, WhatsApp, APIs, plugins, themes, libraries, and software licences. Their availability, policies, pricing, and technical behaviour may change independently of Web Boomers.
Our Commitment
We aim to maintain transparent business practices, protect customer information through reasonable safeguards, provide dependable support, and continuously improve our services. Specific service commitments are governed by the applicable quotation, order, service plan, and Web Boomers policies.

2. Definitions
"Web Boomers", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Web Boomers. "Client", "customer", "you", and "your" refer to the individual or legal entity purchasing, accessing, or using our services. "Services" means the products and services offered by Web Boomers, including development, hosting, design, marketing, domain-related, and related digital services.
3. Scope of Services
Services may include website development, website design, e-commerce development, landing pages, web applications, maintenance, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, UI/UX design, web hosting, domain registration, SSL-related services, business email, migration, and related services. The exact scope is determined by the applicable quotation, order, package, service plan, or written agreement.
4. Quotations and Acceptance
A quotation is based on the requirements known to Web Boomers at the time it is prepared. A project becomes binding when the quotation or order is accepted and the required payment or other agreed commencement condition has been satisfied. Any material change in requirements may require a revised quotation.
5. Payments
Customers must pay the applicable charges according to the invoice, checkout page, quotation, or service plan. Available payment methods may include methods supported by our checkout providers, UPI, bank transfer, and other methods made available by Web Boomers.
For custom website projects, the standard payment structure is 50% advance before development and the remaining balance before final delivery, deployment, transfer of ownership, or release of source files. Web Boomers may approve a different payment schedule in writing.
6. Taxes and Additional Charges
Where applicable, taxes, government charges, domain charges, third-party licence fees, payment-processing charges, infrastructure costs, or other disclosed charges may be payable in addition to the base service price.
7. Project Scope
The agreed project fee covers the deliverables expressly included in the approved scope. Requests for additional pages, features, integrations, functionality, content creation, redesigns, technology changes, or other work outside the approved scope may incur additional charges and may extend the delivery schedule.
8. Client Content and Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful text, images, logos, product information, documents, business details, access credentials where required, and other materials needed for the project. The client confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use materials supplied to Web Boomers.
9. Feedback and Approval
Clients should provide feedback, corrections, and approvals within 3 days of receiving a review request or project preview. Delayed feedback may extend delivery timelines. Where a client fails to provide required feedback for an extended period, Web Boomers may place the project on hold until communication resumes.
10. Revisions
Custom website projects include one free revision. Graphic design services include one major revision and three minor revisions, unless the applicable quotation states otherwise. A revision means a reasonable change to the agreed design or content and does not mean a complete change of project direction or previously approved scope.
Additional revisions, major scope changes, or revisions requested after approval may be charged separately.
11. Delivery and Delays
Estimated delivery dates are based on the information, content, approvals, payments, and access required from the client. Delays caused by client-side dependencies, third-party providers, domain or hosting issues, payment delays, unavailable APIs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may change the estimated delivery date.
12. Ownership and Intellectual Property
After the client has paid all amounts due for the project, Web Boomers will provide the agreed final deliverables, which may include website source code, project files, database, design files, and relevant credentials where applicable and technically available.
Web Boomers retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable frameworks, libraries, components, templates, internal tools, development methods, processes, know-how, and generic techniques. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
13. Hosting Services
Hosting services are governed by the selected hosting plan and its stated features, limits, billing period, and technical conditions. Customers must use hosting resources responsibly and comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use provisions of these Terms.
13.1 Billing, Grace Period and Suspension
Hosting invoices become due on the stated due date. Customers receive a 5-day grace period after the due date. After the grace period, Web Boomers may suspend the service. Continued non-payment may result in termination. Following termination, associated data may be deleted after a reasonable operational period and where permitted by applicable obligations.
13.2 Backups
Standard hosting plans do not include a guaranteed backup service. Premium Web Hosting includes the backup features specifically stated for that plan. A backup feature should not be treated as a guarantee against every form of data loss. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical data.
14. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Web Boomers services to conduct, facilitate, promote, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or harmful activity. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, or unauthorized access;
- Spam, abusive bulk messaging, or activities that cause provider blacklisting;
- Copyright or trademark infringement or distribution of unlawfully obtained material;
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive practices, or unauthorized financial activity;
- Hosting or distributing content or services that violate applicable law;
- Attempts to compromise, scan, attack, overload, or interfere with infrastructure;
- Use that materially harms other customers, networks, servers, or service availability.
Web Boomers may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or legal interests.
15. Domain Names and Third-Party Services
Domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, plugins, themes, licences, APIs, payment gateways, advertising platforms, and other third-party services are subject to the relevant provider's terms. Web Boomers cannot guarantee continued availability, pricing, features, or compatibility of third-party services.
16. Payment Gateways
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay and PhonePe, depending on the checkout configuration. Customers must comply with the applicable payment provider's terms. Web Boomers is not responsible for delays, declines, holds, reversals, outages, fraud controls, or account restrictions imposed by a payment provider.
17. Marketing, SEO and Advertising
SEO, advertising, social media, digital marketing, and related services are affected by search-engine algorithms, advertising-platform policies, competition, market conditions, budgets, customer behaviour, and other factors. Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, Web Boomers does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, traffic volume, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other commercial result.
18. Security
Web Boomers takes reasonable measures appropriate to the service to maintain security. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting their own accounts, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
19. Service Suspension and Termination
Web Boomers may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, security threats, material breach of these Terms, false or misleading information, or circumstances that make continued service impractical. Termination does not remove obligations for charges already incurred.
20. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
21. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where expressly stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law. Premium Web Hosting has a specific 7-day refund provision subject to the deductions and conditions stated in that policy.
22. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Web Boomers may display completed client work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. Web Boomers will not intentionally publish confidential information merely for portfolio purposes.
23. Confidentiality
Each party should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received from the other party. Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law, necessary to provide the service, or otherwise legitimately required for business operations.
24. Third-Party Content and Links
Our website and services may reference or link to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience. Web Boomers does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, or services.
25. Force Majeure
Web Boomers will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, major network failures, widespread cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, power outages, third-party provider failures, or other events that cannot reasonably be prevented or controlled.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web Boomers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data, arising from use of the website or services. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client is responsible for claims arising from unlawful content, infringement, misuse of services, or violation of third-party rights caused by the client's materials, instructions, or conduct.
28. Policy Changes
Web Boomers may update these Terms when necessary. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026This Refund Policy applies to payments made for Web Boomers products and services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. General Refund Rule
Except where this policy expressly provides otherwise or where a refund is required by applicable law, all payments made to Web Boomers are non-refundable.
2. Premium Web Hosting – 7-Day Refund Window
Premium Web Hosting is eligible for a limited refund if the customer submits a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date the Premium Web Hosting service is activated.
If the request qualifies, Web Boomers will calculate the refundable amount and deduct the applicable server cost for the 7-day period. The remaining eligible amount will be processed as the refund.
After the 7-day period has expired, Premium Web Hosting payments become non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Web Boomers.
3. What the Premium Refund Does Not Cover
The Premium Web Hosting refund does not automatically cover separately purchased domains, domain renewals, licences, premium themes or plugins, third-party services, dedicated resources, add-ons, setup charges, or other third-party costs that are not refundable to Web Boomers.
4. Custom Website Development
Payments and advances for custom website development are non-refundable once the project has been accepted or work has commenced. This includes deposits, milestone payments, development charges, and amounts paid for work already performed.
5. Graphic Design and Other Custom Services
Payments for graphic design, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, consultation, custom development, and other custom services are non-refundable once the service has been ordered or work has commenced.
6. Hosting, Domains and Digital Products
Except for the specific Premium Web Hosting provision above, hosting charges, domain registration and renewal charges, SSL-related charges, business email services, software licences, digital products, and third-party infrastructure charges are non-refundable.
7. Duplicate Payments
Where a customer accidentally makes a verified duplicate payment for the same invoice or transaction, Web Boomers may refund the duplicate amount after verification. Any non-recoverable transaction or processing costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
8. Service Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund are separate matters. A customer may cancel a service in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, but cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
9. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
If a payment is debited from a customer's account but the corresponding order is not successfully recorded or activated, the matter will be investigated using available transaction records. Any eligible reversal or refund will be handled through the applicable payment provider or original payment method.
10. Refund Review
Web Boomers may request the invoice number, transaction reference, account information, reason for the request, and other relevant evidence before processing a refund. We may reject requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original or an appropriate payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on Razorpay, PhonePe, the bank, card issuer, UPI network, or another payment provider.
12. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Web Boomers before initiating a chargeback where the issue concerns a service, invoice, or refund request. Web Boomers may provide relevant order records, invoices, communications, delivery records, and transaction information to a payment provider or financial institution when responding to a disputed transaction.
13. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Contact
Refund requests should be sent to support@webboomers.in or business.webboomers@gmail.com with the relevant invoice or transaction information.

Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can request cancellation of Web Boomers services and the consequences of cancellation. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent to support@webboomers.in or another officially supported Web Boomers channel. Where possible, include the customer's name, account or order information, service name, and requested cancellation date.
2. Website and Custom Project Cancellation
A client may request cancellation of a custom website or design project at any stage. If work has already started, payments already made are non-refundable. The client remains responsible for charges relating to work completed, approved milestones, third-party purchases, and other costs already incurred.
3. Release of Work After Project Cancellation
Where a project is cancelled after work has started, Web Boomers may provide completed work or project materials after all amounts due for the completed work and applicable costs have been paid. Ownership of agreed final deliverables transfers only after full payment of the applicable project amount.
4. Hosting Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of hosting services. Depending on the customer's request and the technical nature of the service, cancellation may either:
- stop future renewal while the service remains active until the end of the paid period; or
- result in immediate termination of the service where immediate cancellation is requested and technically possible.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
5. Non-Payment Cancellation
Hosting invoices have a 5-day grace period after the due date. Following the grace period, Web Boomers may suspend the service. Continued non-payment may result in termination, and associated data may subsequently be deleted.
6. Data Before Cancellation
Customers should download or migrate their website, email, databases, and other required information before a service is terminated. Once a service has been terminated and the applicable data-retention period has passed, Web Boomers may permanently delete associated data and may not be able to restore it.
7. Refunds Following Cancellation
Cancellation does not itself create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy. Premium Web Hosting may qualify for a refund when requested within 7 days of activation, subject to the applicable 7-day server-cost deduction.
8. Domain and Third-Party Services
Domain registrations, renewals, licences, premium themes, plugins, SSL services, APIs, hosting infrastructure, email services, and other third-party purchases may not be cancellable or refundable once ordered. Any available third-party cancellation or refund is subject to that provider's terms.
9. Cancellation by Web Boomers
Web Boomers may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unlawful activity, abuse, security threats, material violation of our Terms, false information, or circumstances where continued service is not reasonably possible. Amounts due for services already provided remain payable.
10. Effect of Cancellation
Depending on the service, cancellation may result in loss of access, suspension of hosting, termination of accounts, expiry of service features, or deletion of data after the applicable retention period. Customers are responsible for completing any required migration before termination.
