The remaining balance must be paid before:

Web Boomers reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Web Boomers are strictly non-refundable.

Since every project involves time, planning, design, and development, no refunds will be issued after payment has been made, regardless of project stage. Any exceptions will be entirely at the discretion of Web Boomers.

6. Project Timeline

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Most projects are completed within 30 days.
  • Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client cooperation.
  • Delays caused by the client do not count towards the estimated completion time.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements.
  • Submit all required content, images, logos, and documents on time.
  • Respond to requests for approval within 3 days.
  • Review submitted work promptly.

Failure to respond within 3 days may be treated as approval of the latest submitted version, and development may continue accordingly.

8. Revisions

Each project includes one (1) free revision.

Any additional revisions, redesigns, or major feature requests beyond the included revision may incur additional charges. Requests that significantly change the original project scope will be treated as a new project or a paid enhancement.

9. Project Scope

The quoted price only includes the work specifically mentioned in the approved proposal or quotation.

Additional features requested after development has begun may require additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property

After full payment has been received, the client will receive ownership of final website files, source code developed specifically for the project, and project deliverables agreed upon.

However, Web Boomers retains ownership of internal development frameworks, reusable code libraries, templates, design systems, components, development methodologies, and general technical knowledge used during development. These may be reused in future projects.

11. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Web Boomers reserves the right to display completed projects in our website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, case studies, and presentations. This right does not transfer ownership of your business name, trademarks, or confidential information.

12. Hosting and Domain Services

Web Boomers offers Website Hosting, Domain Registration, and Website Migration. Hosting plans currently start from ₹100 per month, subject to change.

The client is solely responsible for hosting renewal fees, domain renewal fees, SSL renewal (if applicable), and third-party subscription fees. Failure to renew these services may result in website downtime or suspension.

13. Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate third-party services including but not limited to payment gateways, maps, APIs, fonts, analytics, cloud hosting, and email providers. Web Boomers is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, account suspensions, or data loss caused by third-party providers.

14. Support

Any complimentary support period, if offered, will be communicated separately. Future maintenance, updates, bug fixes, or feature additions may require a separate maintenance agreement or additional payment.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Boomers shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, revenue loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, cyber attacks, server failures, or search engine ranking changes. Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

16. Termination

Web Boomers reserves the right to terminate or suspend a project if the client violates these Terms, engages in abusive or unlawful conduct, payments remain outstanding, false information is provided, or the project cannot reasonably continue. Any outstanding payments remain payable.

17. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information unless required by law, authorized by the client, or necessary to provide the requested services.

18. Website Availability

While we strive to keep our website operational at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

19. Changes to These Terms

2. Custom Development Services

Every website or digital solution developed by Web Boomers is created specifically to meet the client's unique requirements. Because work begins immediately after project confirmation and involves planning, design, development, testing, and consultation, refunds cannot be provided once payment has been received.

3. Advance Payments

A project begins only after the required advance payment has been received. The advance payment covers project planning, requirement analysis, research, design, development preparation, and resource allocation. Therefore, advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

4. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be issued for any payment already made. Any completed work remains the intellectual property of Web Boomers until full payment is received. Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the amount already paid.

5. Delayed or Abandoned Projects

If a project is delayed because the client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication, no refund will be issued. If a project remains inactive due to the client's lack of response for an extended period, Web Boomers reserves the right to close the project. Payments already made will remain non-refundable.

6. Hosting and Domain Services

Hosting and domain registration are provided through third-party service providers. Once purchased, domain registration/renewal, hosting plans/renewal, SSL certificates, email hosting, and any third-party subscription or license purchased on the client's behalf are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Costs

Any expenses incurred by Web Boomers for third-party services requested by the client are non-refundable. These may include premium themes, plugins, software licenses, APIs, stock images, fonts, cloud services, and other third-party products.

8. Service Quality

If you experience an issue with our services, we encourage you to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, bugs, or concerns in accordance with the agreed project scope. Providing support or fixes does not create an obligation to issue a refund.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Web Boomers. If a refund is approved, the amount, if any, will be determined after deducting costs already incurred for work completed, third-party services, and administrative expenses.

10. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered or are in progress without first contacting Web Boomers to attempt a resolution. Web Boomers reserves the right to provide documentation, project records, communications, and invoices to the relevant payment provider or financial institution in response to any dispute.
